  • How do I make payment? Payment may be made with most major credit cards. 
  • When do I have to pick up the purchased items? They must be picked up or scheduled for delivery on Friday (June 21st) or on Saturday (June 22nd). You must enter the store and speak with a sales associate to receive a pick ticket and instructions. Do not go straight to the warehouse. 
  • Do you offer shipping or delivery? Pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. You may contact the store at 940-440-0455 and discuss local delivery (Within 100 miles - there is a charge) 
  • What is your return policy on all auctioned items? All Sales Final!
  • Can I see the items before bidding? Some items are on the floor and available for viewing. Please call 940-440-0455 to confirm before making the drive. Items in the warehouse are not available for viewing.
  • Do the discounts on the website apply to the Auction App? No, the items purchased on the app are not part of the website...Therefore, no additional discount.
  • Who do I contact for questions on the auction? Text us directly from our website, or contact us at 940-440-0455 and speak to a sales rep.

How do I download and install the app?

  •  On your mobile device, download the Rustic Furniture Depot app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and follow the prompts to register for bidding in the upcoming auction event. How do I create an account?

Once you've downloaded the Rustic Furniture Depot App, simply create your account by using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID.

How do I place a bid?

To bid on a lot, you must first register to bid. Follow these steps to complete the registration process:

a. Log into the Rustic Furniture Depot app.

b. Tap on the auction title to access the list of lots.

c. In the top right corner of the app, locate and click the green 'register to bid' button.

d. Complete the email verification and enter your contact info as well as a valid form of payment.

e. Browse through the items and select the one you wish to bid on.

f. You can click the ‘bid’ button from the auction listing or drill into the lot details to submit a custom bid amount from the lot description, then confirm your bid.

What is the starting bid and bidding increments?

Bidding increments are as follows:

Bids less than $20 = $1 increments

Bids less than $60 = $2 increments

Bids less than $200 = $5 increments

Bids less than $500 = $10 increments

Bids less than $1000 = $20 increments

Bids less than $2500 = $50 increments

Bids greater than $2500 = $1000 increments.

Do items have a reserve price?

  • Absolutely no reserves! Every item is up for grabs with no reserve price—meaning you have the chance to scoreamazing deals without any minimum reserves to be met. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!

Why do you ask for my credit card number to bid?

  •  Adding a payment method is a crucial step in finalizing the registration process. This not only safeguards you as the bidder but also provides protection to the auction host against any potential fraudulent activity.

How do I cancel my bid?

  • Bidding on an item is a binding contract, and it's important to remember that you cannot cancel once the bid has been placed.

What is popcorn bidding?

  • Popcorn bidding is our way of preventing bid sniping to provide a fair bidding experience for all auction participants. It adds an extra five minutes to the auction for any lot you've bid on. A 60-second timer begins and resets with each new bid on that lot. If the timer runs out, the auction closes for that specific lot. Remember, this extension doesn't go beyond five minutes after the real-time auction ends.

Winning and Payments:

How do I make payment?

  • Your payment will automatically be processed after the auction closes. You can choose to pay with an alternate payment method at the time of pickup.  We offer a variety of payment options, such as Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa. As well as debit cards, and cash.

How do I know if I've won?

  •  At the close of the auction, you will see a summary in the Rustic Furniture Depot app of both items won and items lost.

What is a Buyer’s Premium?

  • A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each won lot, shown at checkout. This small fee helps us offer you great deals and cover auction costs. For more details, including state/local taxes, see our terms and conditions.

When will my credit card be charged?

  • Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction.

Do I have to pay taxes on items I win?

Rest assured that the local/state tax will be factored into your total when you proceed to checkout. However, if you are eligible for tax exemption, we kindly ask that you provide us with the necessary documentation beforehand. This way, we can ensure that no taxes are applied during the auction process.

Item Inspection and Shipping:

Do you offer shipping?

  • We DO NOT offer shipping. All pick ups will be from our location 11901 US Hwy 380, Cross Roads, TX 76227. We offer delivery within a 100 mile radius at $3/mile ($49 minimum).

Can I inspect the items before bidding?

  •  While we don't allow item inspections prior to the auction, we ensure all items are thoroughly described and photographed for your confidence. Additionally, we stand by the quality and authenticity of our items, offering a satisfaction guarantee to give you peace of mind when bidding.

What is the return policy? 

  • Items sold at auction are generally sold "as is" and are non-returnable. Please review item descriptions and inspect photos carefully before bidding. Abandoned orders will be charged a 15% cancelation/restock fee if not picked up during scheduled pickup window.
